Phoenix Metro is home to over half of all of the population in Arizona. The anchor of this metro is of course Phoenix, a wonderful city to visit. Did you know that Phoenix is the sixth largest city in America right after Philadelphia? Phoenix is also the most populated state capital in all of the U.S.
As of 2010, Phoenix Metro is the 14th largest metro area in the United States. This metro is primary in Maricopa County but also is in part of Pinal County.

First opened on December 27th 2008. Phoenix’s Light Rail System has a total of daily ridership of over 45,000. Bear in mind this is with a total track length of just 20 miles.
